When you go First Class:

To get you ready, we will provide you with some Interview Tips / Suggestions and our comprehensive database of Airline Specific Interview Questions and Scenarios.

Two Personalized Coaching Sessions:

First Session – 2.0 hour 1-on-1 Prep session via Zoom.

Our coaches, who have each spent decades on the airline pilot hiring team of a major carrier, will demonstrate the best way to respond to interview questions efficiently and comprehensively by emphasizing your unique experiences and strengths.

Your coach will walk you through the interview process, review interview techniques, discuss with you any specific questions and/or concerns, ask you airline-specific interview questions and provide you with feedback after each response. Extra time will be spent with you as needed.

Second Session – 1.5 hour 2-on-1 Mock Panel Interview session via Zoom.

Individualized and client centered 2-person panel interview practice, including the actual set-up and types of questions for the specific airline you are targeting. Provides unparalleled realism to the pace of the questions, follow-up questions and probing questions of your formal interview. Debrief and feedback are provided, but only at the end, further increasing the level of realism.

The First Class Interview Preparation Package is our premium interview preparation service but requires 2 separate zoom sessions.
