Captain Carrie Muehlbauer retired from American Airlines in 2023 after a distinguished 34-year career, where she contributed significantly to pilot hiring, recruitment, and diversity initiatives. Her work included developing a curriculum for diversity and inclusion training, influencing the company culture positively, and mentoring underrepresented pilots. Beyond her aviation career, Carrie is actively involved in multiple pilot associations, mentors aspiring aviators, and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities in her current home in Minneapolis.
Captain Steve Munroe

Captain Steve Munroe combines over 40 years of aviation experience in both military and commercial sectors, including a significant role in pilot recruitment and training. His background includes serving as a B-737 Check Airman and FAA Aircrew Program Designee at American Airlines and as Commanding Officer of a Navy Fighter Squadron. Since 2017, Steve has been crucial in developing interview training programs that enhance the hiring success of pilots across major airlines.​
